Soffront Software Inc. Redesigns its Mobile Application
For nineteen years, Soffront Software Inc. has been providing CRM solutions for small-to-medium sized companies. Because of its firm commitment to provide solutions that will enable users to easily access real-time business information within their CRM even when they are ‘on the go’, the company completely redesigned its mobile app.
This latest version with its consistent and easy-to-use interface is expected to please customers as they can now manage their accounts, schedules and opportunities, run reports and even assign new leads, remotely. They can do this on any mobile device running a Webkit/HTML5-powered mobile web browser.
“We understand sales and support staff must have access to CRM data while they are on the road,” said Manu Das, president and founder of Soffront, in a press release.
Das also noted that had been built with busy salespeople in mind, who needed to easily access real-time business information within their CRM so that they didn’t miss a thing while they were on the go.
In addition to salespeople, customer support representatives and project managers will also benefit from Soffront’s latest mobile application.
While customer representatives can access ticket details, create work orders, initiate invoicing, run reports and submit call records, project managers can control their projects and marketing managers can access campaign data and outcomes.
With Soffront Mobile CRM, users can easily access Soffront’s CRM using any mobile browser available on the most popular smartphones and mobile devices including iPhone, Android (News - Alert), BlackBerry, and Windows Mobile.
Compared to other leading CRM providers, Soffront claims that its CRM drives more sales by helping sales teams spend more time selling and less time in the CRM and adds that companies that switch to Soffront report significant cost savings.
TMCnet reported that Soffront Software Inc., now supports QuickBooks Online, a finance accounting solution designed specifically for small business from Intuit (News - Alert). Customers will have a 360-degree view of their sales orders and payment history integrated into Soffront’s CRM software.
