Ariett provides Purchase and Xpense Management Solutions. Its AP Invoice Automation solution is now available in the cloud with a subscription plan designed to help customers easily transition to a new cost-effective solution.
AP Invoice delivers a range of benefits such as streamlining AP business processes and accelerating approval workflows. The solution also reduces paper with electronic document manager and Mobile Approval from any smartphone or device.
Ariett notes that its AP Invoice provides complete visibility to the status of all invoices across companies and locations. The company has included in the solution features, which it claims allow AP Invoice to meet complex customer requirements without intricate programming.
"By using Microsoft Windows Azure, Ariett's AP Invoice Automation Solution offers our customers critical levels of scalability with low capital expenditures and operational costs," said Glenn Brodie, president of Ariett. "Ariett AP Invoice with our Mobile Approval App for any Smartphone offers visibility to the actual electronic invoice, that can easily be accessed from anywhere in the world, to meet the demands of business approvers on the go. Ariett empowers our customers with flexible cost effective workflow solutions."
Microsoft manages the system software itself and Ariett manages the application software including updates, according to a release.
Ariett AP Invoice also supports intercompany processing, multicurrency, 1099, multiple company locations, budgets and more when deployed on premise for Dynamics GP.
