Momentum Credit Union Deployed Fiserv's Acumen Core Banking Solution

Fiserv, Inc., a global provider of financial services technology solutions, and a provider of business driven technology solutions for credit unions, recently deployed its Acumen core banking solution at the facility of Momentum Credit Union of Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.

The officials from Fiserv said that the solution is paying rich dividends for the $200 million credit union as it has streamlined the sales and administrative processes. Moreover, Acumen provides the right kind of tools that can help the credit union to deliver a consistent, high-quality member experience across all its branches. Moreover, Fiserv announced that the credit union recently implemented various other value-added solutions from Fiserv including ConvergeIT IVR for audio response and Wisdom for accounting services.

 "We simultaneously completed two system conversions with little impact to our 11,000+ members -- the implementation of Acumen was a success for our credit union. Moreover, Fiserv recently signed an agreement with Sunrise Community Banks to provide General Purpose Reloadable (GPR) and gift card processing services. A convenient and safe alternative to checks and cash, prepaid cards - especially GPR cards - are being used more frequently by younger consumers as well as the unbanked and underbanked.
