CAI & IQubz Partner Lotus Domino & Microsoft Dynamics CRM Interconnectivity

Although a range of customer and business process solutions is available in the market today, mutual interoperability and interaction between these solutions still remains a demand largely unanswered. In order to fulfill this growing demand, software developers have consistently been introducing new applications for establishing interconnectivity between these products.

Computer Architechs International Corporation or ‘CAI,’ a provider of consulting services in various sectors such as development, administration and integration services for the IBM (News - Alert) Lotus software portfolio, has now announced that in collaboration with IQubz LLC., a specialist in development of Customer Relationship Management and Business Intelligence solutions, have accomplished the successful development and testing of two-way data integration between IBM Lotus Domino and Microsoft (News - Alert) Dynamics CRM.

Primarily focusing its efforts upon IBM Collaborating Solutions; Torrance, Calif.-based CAI is an IBM Advanced Level Business Partner and provides enhanced solutions that have been customized to address the users of IBM’s Messaging & Collaboration and Social Software product line such as Lotus Domino, Lotus Notes, Lotus Notes Traveler, IBM Sametime, IBM Connections and Lotus Quickr. IQubz is partnered with both Microsoft and Scribe, and develops solutions and services powered by the Microsoft technology, Microsoft Dynamics business solutions and Scribe data integration platform.

“Our clients are seeking a reliable and affordable solution for the data to flow between Lotus Domino and Microsoft CRM. With our expertise surrounding Domino, we reached out to IQubz for their complementary expertise in Microsoft CRM and Scribe,” Reed Gesteland, president and CEO at Computer Architechs International Corp. said.

The new solution deploys Web services offered by IBM and Microsoft, and leverages the potential of the data integration and migration tools offered by Scribe Software (News - Alert). Users can customize it for desired format of entities and fields, and can also modify the data integration settings such as queuing, action, direction, frequency and error-handling; according to their specific requirements.

“This solution makes consistent information readily available to the users of both applications, Lotus Domino and Dynamics CRM, without redundant data entry,” said Stephan Setran, managing partner at IQubz LLC.
