- Alert) Dynamics CRM. The native Microsoft Outlook interface delivered the "Microsoft Dynamics RoleTailored" experience that salespeople were already familiar with. Safety-Kleen could add daily reports directly into the solution's customizable dashboards with the ability of interoperability with Microsoft Office and the company's existing back-end systems, the company stated in a press release.
“Our company mission is to help businesses stay in balance with the environment and to do what we need to ensure our people have the most up-to-date information when they need it," said Carla Rolinc, vice president of IT, Safety-Kleen. "With Microsoft Dynamics CRM, we are now able to do that. Our people no longer have to work around a fragmented data repository as they can now maintain all customer data in one solution.”
Recently, the company announced New Microsoft Dynamics CRM November 2011 service update for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online and for on-premises and partner-hosted deployments. Leveraging the social capabilities of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM users will benefit from Activity feeds which offer real-time and configurable notifications on relationships and business events of importance through micro-blog posts and interactions either for a person or customer and sales avenues.
