Bluetree Homes Picks Lasso Data Systems CRM Home Builder Software Solutions

Lasso Data Systems, a provider of CRM home builder software solutions for the residential new-home industry, has been selected as Bluetree Homes’ CRM sales software to manage prospects and purchaser information across its portfolio of residential communities serving the metropolitan Vancouver area.

In a release Yosh Kasahara, General Manager of Sales and Marketing at Bluetree Homes said, “While launching our new housing brand called Bluetree Homes, we took the opportunity to review all of our lead management practices. We concluded that the Lasso CRM technology provided the best solutions and process management. We have used Lasso successfully in the past for other ParkLane projects so it was a natural evolution to work with the Lasso team to implement their real estate CRM solution across our entire development portfolio.”

Kasahara further explained that by using Lasso, his company will be in a position to capture and follow up with prospective homebuyers more easily, quickly and effectively. Also, the CRM software tools provided by Lasso such as email marketing and Web site analytics are expected to help Bluetree communicate and nurture relationships with potential buyers as well as the broker community, noted Kasahara.
