Otsuka Pharmaceutical Europe Selects Cegedim Relationship Management's Mobile Intelligence Software as a Service CRM Solution
Otsuka Pharmaceutical Europe Ltd. Has selected Cegedim Relationship’s Management Mobile Intelligence SaaS (News
- Alert) as its next-generation CRM solution in nine countries, including the top five countries in Europe.
Officials with Cegedim Relationship said that the deal covers Mobile Intelligence Key Account Management (KAM), Key Opinion Leader (KOL) and Configuration and Administration Tools.
It also includes OneKey, the healthcare professional database; help desk and training services; and Analyzer for dynamic reporting and actionable analytics.
"Managing unique business rules within each country from a centralised system is critical to ensure that we efficiently meet each country's commercial strategy needs. We concluded that the hierarchical configuration capabilities natively embedded within Mobile Intelligence's SaaS architecture, coupled with the Private Cloud option, are unique to Cegedim Relationship Management and a key enabler for our business at Otsuka Europe," said Simon Church, business intelligence manager, Otsuka Pharmaceutical Europe Ltd, in a statement.
Church said that in addition, the availability of local Cegedim help desk support and training staff in each country rather than via a third party or a centralized helpdesk in different time zones, coupled with Mobile Intelligence's intuitive graphical user interface (GUI), were the key factors that made Cegedim Relationship Management the optimal partner.
"We are elated by this great win because it confirms the validity and reliability of our Open Model. Enabling our client's to meet their goals for efficiency, productivity and autonomy is key for our company," said Dario Ghoddousi, senior vice president, global business development at Cegedim Relationship Management.
Ghoddousi said that the company understands Otsuka's needs for a quick implementation, centralized system of governance through the hierarchical configuration, and robust functionality that can be easily used by their teams.
He said that Otsuka is running the deployment of the system with internal resources trained and certified by Cegedim Relationship Management knowledge transfer services.
