IXACT Contact Real Estate CRM Now Features Gary David Hall's Trans-Plans

Web-based real estate customer relationship management (CRM) software provider IXACT Contact Solutions Inc. announced the availability of Gary David Hall’s Trans-Plans on its real estate CRM, IXACT Contact.

IXACT Contact is an easy-to-use, Web-based real estate CRM system that helps REALTORS build lasting relationships with past clients, key prospects and important referral sources by maintaining full contact profiles and helping to stay in touch with clients.

According to a source, Trans-Plans are a set of unique listing and closing plans designed to help REALTORS maximize their effectiveness in the process of listing and closing homes. With the help of Trans-Plans, real estate agents can ensure that no detail is missed and nothing falls through the cracks in the listing and closing process.

Designed by  Hall, Trans-Plans are considered the most advanced and thorough real estate transaction management plans currently available.

Hall is a real estate CRM Consultant in North America, and the author of myriad publications, including Choosing and Using a Contact Manager or CRM, and The Real Estate Contact Management and CRM Comparison Matrix, apart from the Trans-Plans.

The IXACT Contact Solutions Inc., along with Hall, launched the IXACT Contact Trans-Plans, which is designed to be one of the most thorough and advanced listing and closing Activity Plans on the market today. With this announcement, Hall’s Trans-Plans will now on be available on IXACT’s real estate CRM, IXACT Contact.

According to the release, IXACT Contact subscribers can purchase Trans-Plans on  Hall’s website and get these plans automatically “transplanted” into their IXACT Contact real estate contact management software.

According to Hall, Trans-Plans will significantly reduce the learning curve for new or inexperienced REALTORS, whereas for new and experienced agents alike, it can provide them the opportunity to truly stand out from the competition. Together, Trans-Plans contain over 500 activities, most with extensive notes. They also include 28 letters REALTORS need to send throughout a listing and sale.

In a press release, Hall, said, “Trans-Plans are like having a personal ‘Transaction Management Assistant’ by your side who reminds you to send all relevant letters and emails, print out closing reports, enter data into your real estate CRM, make follow-up calls, and more. The plans are key to staying organized, saving you time, and reducing your overall stress level.”
