Infor Announces Acquisition of New Product Lines from Single Source Systems
Infor, a provider of business application software serving more than 70,000 customers, has acquired new product lines from Single Source (News - Alert) Systems, Inc., an Infor solution partner and leader in service management solutions.
Officials with Infor said that the acquired product lines include Service Management Plus (SM-Plus), SM-Plus Mobile and Workbench Suite.
Company officials opined that the addition of these products to Infor's solution offerings will benefit dealers, distributors and manufacturers primarily through a direct relationship with Infor and closer alignment of Single Source and Infor products.
Recently, Infor announced a partnership with Orbis Global, a provider of Marketing Resource Management (MRM) solutions.
The strategic partnership will enable Infor to integrate Infor10 CRM Enterprise (Epiphany) with Orbis's MRM software to offer global marketers a holistic, closed-loop CRM solution that blends marketing, sales and service for more effective management of the marketing lifecycle.
TMCnet in August reported that as a leader in the CRM solutions and business application software industry, Infor has customers all over the world employing its CRM solutions for improved revenue results, and recently the company added GSH Europe B.V. to its list of esteemed users.
GSH Europe B.V. specializes in technical maintenance at building-related installations with branches all over Europe as well as the U.S. Its decision to implement Infor ERP LN throughout all 12 of its European branches will significantly increase its ability to serve its giant customer base, and effectively manage its rapid change and expansion as per its recent acquisitions.
Using Infor’s solutions to better serve its customer base, GSH Europe will be able to focus on providing its energy management solutions to larger numbers of businesses, completing the implementation in the Netherlands and Belgium this year.
