Business Automation Scripting Made Simple with RedHorse
RedHorse Systems, a developer of affordable small and medium sized business software, added considerable flexibility to automated Workflow by introducing an upgraded CRM.
The upgraded version now makes available enhanced business analytics that contains new Dashboard features, which offers graphical views of business information. The Dashboard can display analytical information on any data present in the database, and the design can be customized to suit individual needs.
This intuitive way of being able to identify trends and patterns in all aspects of the business enables owners to take corrective action wherever and whenever required.
Connie Koch, founder, RedHorse systems, spoke of the benefits of the new version and said in a statement, “Why print reports when the Dashboard not only can show the owner a graphical view of their business, but also allows them to drill down into the details right from the Dashboard?”
The company said that, in addition to its ability to provide an instant overview of the health of the business, the upgrade also offers a wide range of automatic workflow functions. By using the free version of SQL Express and an independent workflow manager and a Windows service, continuity of business operations is ensured even if RedHorse is not running.
Further, entry into a business process can be made at multiple points and strategies under implementation could also be modified. As part of the upgrade RedHorse Systems has increased the speed of the system considerably. This has been done to combat the effects of “slow response time” prevalent in many CRM systems.
Many businesses do not have the technical expertise to install and configure a CRM system on their own. RedHorse CRM adopters get the benefits of the company's trained and skilled reseller channel that provides ample support to purchasers and helps businesses in tailoring their CRM needs to match their specific requirements.
RedHorse on-premises CRM is a fast and secure alternative to “cloud-based” systems, where ownership of the data is sometimes an issue. It integrates closely with both Microsoft Outlook and Intuit (News - Alert) QuickBooks to create a complete compact business system that can provide this high level of care to end users.
