Callidus' Sales Performance Management Solution Powers LANDesk Software

Callidus Software (News - Alert), a provider of Sales Performance Management (SPM) solutions, announced that LANDesk Software, a provider of systems lifecycle management, endpoint security, and IT service management, has selected Callidus Monaco On Demand SPM suite and the ForceLogix Coaching solution to drive sales performance in North America.

Callidus Software's Monaco SPM suite and ForceLogix Coaching solution, are part of the Callidus Cloud. Callidus Software powers more than 2.5 million users across the globe, according to company officials.

The Monaco Sales Performance SaaS (News - Alert) solution will drive LANDesk’s internal sales performance. The software suite includes TrueComp Manager, Quota Management, Objective Management, Sales Communications, and Reporting & Analytics. The company will also offer ForceLogix Coaching solution to manage the sales training and development sales program at LANDesk (News - Alert).

Callidus' SPM suite helps businesses drive more effective selling at each stage of the sales talent lifecycle, from improved sales hiring to improved campaign execution, to high frequency coaching and development.

Important features of Callidus Cloud suite include 100 percent multi-tenant, high-availability SaaS infrastructure; its Sales Selection, Sales Enablement, Sales Performance, and Learning modules; SPMConnect for data management; and Reporting & Analytics.

Earlier in August, Callidus launched Monaco Summer 2011 featuring Callidus' Reporting & Analytics platform. It is also provided with easy-to-use, drag-and-drop ad hoc analytics capabilities built-in with the transactional system, reducing the dependency on IT for managing separate data marts.
