ASUG Offers Free Admission to ASUG Community Focus 2011 This November

- Alert) professionals community, The Americas' SAP Users' Group (ASUG) recently made an announcement on its intention to offer free admission to ASUG Community Focus 2011 that will be held at the Hilton Anaheim in Anaheim, California. This event is scheduled to be held between November 15 and 16.
In a release, Bridgette Chambers, ASUG CEO, said, "SAP users look for ways to get ideas, insights, and information specifically tailored to their business needs and demands. ASUG Community Focus meets that need with content designed for the issues and conditions facing the SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and Supply Chain Management (SCM) communities.”
This unique first-time effort by ASUG has been possible due to unprecedented sponsorship that has allowed the organization to work on its transformational as well cost-containment initiatives successfully.

ASUG Community Focus is ASUG’s conference that is structured uniquely and has a number of widely oriented agendas. At the ASUG Community Focus professionals can get together in an intimate set up which is almost on the lines of chapter meetings that are held. Besides education there will also be programs that are directed at specialized needs of users in the lines of CRM, EAM as well as PLM, and SCM based user communities. Considering this focused meeting and its approach, those attending will be able to learn as well as meet with successful professionals directly. The conference will be spread across two days and will have 116 sessions in which the latest of ideas as well as practices on various subjects will be covered. Topics will be the likes of master data, procurement as well as ideation and portfolio management besides others.
The keynote address will be delivered by Jeff Word Ph.D., Vice President of Product Strategy at SAP AG. Jeff is the author of Integrated Business Processes with ERP, which was recently released. He will talk on SAP's five-year, in-memory product strategy as well as outline the roadmap for SAP's in-memory powered applications as well as technology.
