IXACT Contact Solutions Enhances E-Mail Marketing Side of Real Estate CRM Solution
IXACT Contact Solutions, a provider of Web-based real estate customer relationship management (CRM) software, announced enhancements to the e-mail marketing side of the application.
Leveraging these new enhancements, IXACT Contact Solutions can create their own custom graphical e-mail headers and graphical mass e-mail and letter signatures for sending out mass e-mails through the system.
Moreover, customers can design their own headers within the system, or uploading a professionally designed e-mail header/ banner into the application via HTML. They can also create or upload fully graphical signatures for their mass e-mail and letter marketing.
The company released the new enhancements after implementing E-mail Campaign Reporting to the system two months ago. The new solution makes it an all-in-one contact management system and e-mail marketing platform, company officials said.
“These new enhancements give our customers the ability to either leverage their creativity and design eye catching and impactful headers and signatures or upload a custom header/signature that was created for them by someone like a professional Graphic Designer,” said Rich Gaasenbeek, vice president of Sales and Marketing, in a statement.
Realtors can use the system to market to all their contacts – clients, leads, and business-to-business - in a professional way. As a result, they can become more effective their real estate sales careers.
Recently, IXACT Contact announced that Hobbs/Herder has selected the company as their real estate customer relationship management (CRM) software of choice.
Leveraging IXACT Contact CRM solutions, Hobbs/Herder clients will benefit from Hobbs/Herder-specific activity plans, e-mails, and letters, built into IXACT Contact’s real estate contact management system. Hobbs/Herder clients who use IXACT Contact will get a special version of the real estate CRM.
