Globoforce Introduces New Workshop Series for HR Leaders to Support Transformation of Company Culture

- Alert)-based employee recognition solutions, has announced a new series of workshops tilted, "Building Your Culture of Recognition," aimed at supporting HR heads in delivering wholesome unified company cultures to strengthen results for bottom-line business. The workshop series will follow a four-city U.S. tour format which starts in Atlanta covers New York, Chicago, and ends in San Francisco. Globoforce has designed the "Building Your Culture of Recognition," series of workshops based on company culture inculcated within leading global organizations.
The workshops will be lead by employee recognition and rewards expert, Derek Irvine, who will illustrate how some of the leading companies across the globe have aligned their company culture with employee recognition. Derek, building on the proven methodology of Globoforce, will enlighten HR leaders on the merits of employee recognition and how it can be leveraged to benefit from increased employee engagement, which is the foundation of developing a strong work culture.
Designed as an interactive platform, the four-hour workshop will provide HR leaders with learning opportunities from their locally based peers and companies. The workshops will follow a four stop schedule that starts at Atlanta Omni Hotel and Resort on October 27, 2011, followed by a workshop in Omni Berkshire Place, New York City, on October 28, 2011 and a workshop in Omni Chicago on November 14, 2011. The tour will end in Omni San Francisco on November 17, 2011.
