CallCopy Named One of the Fastest-Growing Companies for Third Consecutive Year

October 20, 2011

CallCopy (News - Alert), a provider of call recording and contact center solutions, has been named as one of the fastest-growing privately-held companies for third consecutive year by Columbus Business First.

Business First's Fast 50 Award is an annual program which recognizes companies in Central Ohio for their growth and financial performance throughout the previous three years.

CallCopy was also recently ranked number 412 on the Inc. 500 list -- Inc. magazine's exclusive ranking of the nation's fastest-growing private companies.

CallCopy helps organizations improve their overall customer satisfaction and reduce operational expenses through the implementation of its award winning cc: Discover workforce optimization suite.

Officials with CallCopy said that the company's unique combination of innovative products and dedication to its customers has separated CallCopy from its competitors, and has resulted in dramatic and consistent organizational growth and success.

Company officials pointed out that the latest addition to its product suite, the cc: Clarity (News - Alert) workforce management (WFM) solution, is an example of CallCopy's responsiveness to the needs of its customers.

"We heard over and over that people wanted the benefits of WFM, but that the solutions available to them were overly complex and costly," said Aaron Cash, director of product management at CallCopy, in a statement.

"So, we built a sophisticated, yet easy-to-use WFM solution that delivers great value to our customers."

"It is a great honor to be named to this exclusive list for the third straight year," said Mark Studer, chief financial officer at CallCopy.

Studer said that the company’s ability to maintain strong growth is a great testament to the dedication of the employees, and their ongoing commitment to exceeding customer expectations and bringing new and innovative solutions to the market.
