PixtaSky Releases New Version of TrueEstimator
Cloud-based digital print management solutions provider PixtaSky has released a new version of TrueEstimator, a tool designed to create an accurate price quotes in multiple quantities resulting in profitability and efficiency for large format digital printers.
Steen Mikkelsen, founder of Sky and David Rudolph, founder of Pixta, called the new TrueEstimator a “significant upgrade” to an in-demand solution for printer workflow.
One of the four core offerings provided by PixtaSky, TrueEstimator is a feature of PixtaFlow, a cloud-based workflow system developed from the ground up to operate purely online.
With PixtaFlow, large format digital printers can achieve profitability, write estimates and fulfill jobs. Company officials said that it eliminates the need for months of system configuration. In addition to the new TrueEstimator tool, PixtaFlow features job management, web-based large file transfer, QuickBooks integration, complete e-mail integration, corporate print catalogs and a digital storefront.
Mikkelsen noted that the digital printing industry will continue to experience significant growth, however, small to mid-size printers are in dire need of advanced management tools, customized solutions and intelligent, timely information to maximize profitability.
“PixtaSky's cloud-based workflow system eliminates the need for digital printers to license expensive, monolithic software,” Mikkelsen said, adding that PixtaFlow achieves secure, powerful workflow that the industry lacks.
Mikkelsen said that TrueEstimator now makes it even easier to write quick, consistent, accurate quotes, which are calculated automatically, for a variety of printing jobs, materials, combinations and sign kits.
PixtaSky offers a family of integrated, cloud-based solutions for large format digital printers to facilitate the transfer, tracking and collaboration of digital media over the Internet.
