Sinclair IS Pharma Selects Cegedim Relationship Management's MI for its CRM Solution

According to a recent announcement made by Cegedim Relationship Management, international specialty pharmaceutical company Sinclair IS Pharma has successfully upgraded to MI for iPad (R), the next-generation CRM SaaS (News - Alert) solution, for its commercial teams in the five largest European countries. With the solution, Sinclair IS Pharma will be able to get a comprehensive follow-up on daily activities of sales reps.

"Cegedim has a very positive track record, so we naturally approached them for a global mobile application that could manage multi-country deployments from one core system," said Christophe Foucher, Chief Operating Officer at Sinclair IS Pharma, in a statement.  "Cegedim was able to implement their CRM very quickly through their SaaS technology. Initial feedback is very enthusiastic -- better interaction and interest levels with the doctors and more efficiency in the medical representative's daily assignments. The goal is that the result is better quality calls and a sound return on investment."

The migration was done within a 60-day timeframe during which Cegedim Relationship Management developed a customized tool designed to fit the exact needs of the sales and marketing teams of Sinclair IS. The solution will help the latter to manage local, regional, and global requirements seamlessly.

Recently, Cegedim Relationship Management launched the latest version of its federal and state legislation monitoring and tracking tool featuring a newly redesigned Graphical User Interface (GUI) and a new name – eRegMonitor. This new version of eRegMonitor delivers a central repository for accessing relevant and current information, and a social user community portal where companies can interact with Cegedim Relationship Management's compliance experts.
