Call Center Software: First Data Corporation Picks Callidus Enterprise SPM Suite

- Alert) Inc., a specialist in Sales Performance Management solutions, revealed that its Enterprise SPM suite has been chosen by information commerce enabler First Data Corporation, to drive the performance of its internal sales force in North America.
As per the terms of this agreement, First Data Corporation will implement the following Callidus Sales Performance Management (SPM) modules: TrueComp Manager, Reporting & Analytics, and Business Process Management.
Callidus Software provides a complete range of SPM services, including implementations, compensation plan enhancements, migration assistance and solution architecture services. Callidus claims that organization can quickly and with minimal risk reap the value of SPM solutions. Callidus has been addressing the complete lifecycle of SPM solutions from implementation to support.
Recently, the company had also announced that Total Administrative Services Corporation (TASC), a specialist in third-party administrative services, tax-saving services, and benefits administration, has selected the Callidus Monaco On Demand SPM suite to drive the performance of its sales organization in North America. Callidus On-Demand SPMConnect is a data management platform built on standards-based technology for integrating existing, legacy data sources with Callidus' systems. The platform lets finance and sales operations users and compensation administrators access a consolidated view of critical financial planning, sales actuals, and earnings data within the Callidus SPM solution.
Callidus Software just acquired Webcom, Inc., a provider of SaaS (News
- Alert)-based product configuration, pricing, quoting and proposals management, for approximately $9.2 million in cash. The acquisition, as indicated, is aimed at enabling Calidus Software to expand its value proposition for sales forces into CPQ, which doubles its total addressable market for its overall product suite.
