eGain Showcases Its CRM at 2011 Oracle OpenWorld
To help companies to improve customer experience, grow sales, and optimize service processes across the web, social, and phone channels, eGain, a provider of cloud and onsite customer interaction hub software for sales and service will showcase its the CRM Pavilion at Oracle (News
- Alert) OpenWorld 2011 between October 2-6. Oracle OpenWorld is the most prestigious educational and networking event of the year for Oracle technologists, customers, and partners and draws more than 45,000 attendees from 143 countries.
According to a press release, the visitors interested to know about the CRM Pavilion can check out the Booth #3837, Moscone West Hall of the Moscone Center in San Francisco, California. At the CRM Pavilion, a select group of Oracle partners such as eGain will show customers how to leverage Oracle CRM integration capabilities to make the most of their deployments.
Headquartered in Mountain View, California, eGain is a Gold level member of Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN) and a member of the Oracle Application User Group (OAUG).
Visitors to the eGain booth will be able to see the features of integrated CRM and Knowledge Management, and how it helps improve customer and agent experience as well as contact center operational metrics. eGain provides Oracle Validated Integration of eGain Knowledge 10 with Oracle CRM On Demand Release 18 and Oracle's Siebel Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Release 8.1.
The eGain approach of a single agent-facing and customer self-service knowledge base with the ability to federate multiple content sources and provide many different paths to it translates to better findability, greater contact center productivity, and increased customer satisfaction.
