Sage SalesLogix CRM Partner Acquired by ISM

Propellix/Technosystems has been acquired by ISM. Propellix/Technosystems is a customer relationship management or CRM software sales and implementation consultancy. The San Francisco Bay Area, Sacramento, and Northern California are served by Propellix. The ISM service area now spans the entire West Coast with this acquisition of Sage SalesLogix and Sage CRM partner. Several mid-Atlantic and Southeastern states are also covered by the ISM service. An announcement in this regard has been made by ISM.

According to BJ O'Reilly, President at ISM, meaningful bottom line results can be generated for the clients due to ISM’s great potential. In a release, O'Reilly said, "This gives our CRM practice added strength and unlocks new paths for growth. Like us, Propellix is highly regarded for their ability to connect with clients. Their CRM expertise complements our market leadership and enables us to deliver a wider range of strategic CRM solutions with better value."

According to O'Reilly, products like Sage SalesLogix CRM and SageCRM are in demand among clients. As companies, regardless of size, are recognizing its strategic potential, there is a growing client interest in CRM. The clients will be able to better understand where the market is going with the help of the business intelligence which can be mined from customer data. This business intelligence will also help in identifying existing opportunities for future growth. The companies will be therefore able to move in the right direction by using the CRM software along with professional guidance and expertise, added O'Reilly.
