Maximizer Software Unveils CRM 12 with LinkedIn Integration and Built-In Mobile & Web Access

Maximizer Software, a provider of customer relationship management (CRM) and mobile CRM solutions, announced the launch of Maximizer CRM 12.

Leveraging the new mobile user interface, businesses can offer better customer engagement and capitalize on business opportunities anywhere, anytime and on any mobile platform, company officials said.

Targeting social media savvy business customers, the latest CRM solution is optimized for new mobile devices. It features enhanced Web access performance, expanded customization options and full integration with LinkedIn, company officials said.

"Our LinkedIn (News - Alert) integration and built-in mobile and Web products provide a whole new level of access and capability for businesses to attract and engage with customers," said Vivek Thomas, president of Maximizer Software, in a statement.

"You're not chained to your desktop anymore. The expanded capabilities combined with the convenience and flexibility of all-access options, enable organizations to succeed wherever and however they do business," Thomas added.

Utilizing the new Maximizer CRM 12 solution, users can access a contact's LinkedIn profile directly from the contact record. They can also view the contact's company information and connections and even allow invites to be sent through the CRM without having to separately login to LinkedIn each time.

Through the latest CRM version, Maximizer is expected to offer expanded capabilities in business intelligence, measuring marketing ROI, and iCalendar and SharePoint integration. The launch is happening at a time when more businesses want to integrate social media networks into their business processes as part of their customer engagement and brand-building strategy.

Recently, Maximizer Software also announced the launch of a new cloud-based CRM solution, Maximizer CRM Live. The new CRM solution is aimed at providing organizations with a proven, full-featured cloud-based CRM solution.
