Oracle OpenWorld 2011 to Showcase CRM Pavilion

September 23, 2011

An Oracle (News - Alert) CRM Pavilion will be hosted by Oracle at Oracle Open World. Back on popular demand, a select group of independent software vendor partners or ISVs and system integrators or SIs will be showcased at the Pavilion. Apart from proven customer success, these ISVs and SIs integrators have gained traction with Oracle’s sales organization. Significant value has been therefore demonstrated. These ISVs and SIs are also in sync with the current and future Oracle CRM product direction.

The solutions will be demonstrated in detail by CRM ISVs and SIs. Apart from discussing integration concepts, customers will be shown how to leverage Oracle CRM integration capabilities. The customers will be therefore able to make the most of CRM deployments.

Domain expertise is leveraged by Oracle and its partners as they collaborate on product integrations. Compelling, deep integrations that are ready to meet customer needs are therefore created. Unique value to complement Oracle CRM On Demand can be brought by select ISVs which integrate with Oracle CRM On Demand.

System Integrators who have worked with key CRM ISVs to deploy combined solutions will be also hosted at the Pavilion. A more comprehensive CRM suite is created by cross-integrating their solutions, which is proving to be beneficial to these CRM ISVs.

In a release, Anthony Lye who is the SVP of CRM at Oracle said, "The CRM Pavilion is a great way to see the valuable contributions our partner solutions bring to Oracle CRM and our customers. Working closely with these partners has led to many customer successes and product innovations that solve very complex requirements and we're pleased to showcase them at Oracle OpenWorld."

According to David Bonnette, President of BigMachines, the company is a Gold level member of Oracle Partner Network with an Oracle Validated Integration. The company is also a founding member of the Inner Circle Partner Initiative for Oracle CRM On Demand. Delivering joint solutions that provide real business value to the customers has therefore benefitted BigMachines.

Bonnette said, "We look forward to participating in the CRM Pavilion at OpenWorld, where we will demonstrate our leading, on-demand selling platform along with other best-of-breed partners."
