GSX Solution for IBM Lotus and BES Launched

Costs are cut with the new GSX 360. Administration of user accounts, customer requests, and other repetitive tasks is done securely by the template-driven GSX (News - Alert) 360. Trouble-shooting tasks like pushing out Service Books and locking and wiping devices can be performed easily with GSX 360. As the tasks are delegated to the service desk, administrators are free to complete other work.
GSX 360 helps in reducing the request turnaround time. The use of predefined profiles also helps in reducing potential errors. Service desk administrative access has been eliminated in GSX 360 resulting into improved security. The new GSX 360 also has improved reporting and tracking compliance. Apart from improved quality, the security and visibility have improved. At the same time overheads have been reduced with GSC 360.
In a release, Antoine Leboyer, CEO of GSX, said, "The vast majority of administrative tasks for collaboration environments follow repetitive routines. By streamlining the process with templates and wizards, we found that GSX 360 can help drastically reduce the number of errors and reduce administrative costs."

- Alert) enterprise mobility environments can be offered by the company in collaboration with the new GSX Monitor & Analyzer.
Users can purchase the new GSX 360 at the company’s website www.gsx.com. Users can also download a trial version of GSX 360 at the website.
Automated server maintenance for Domino and Windows-based servers is provided by the BlackBerry Alliance Elite Partner, GSX Solutions. Millions of mailboxes are monitored by the company for over 600 global enterprises. GSX Solutions has its headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland.
