Kenexa Unveils New Performance Management Suite

Kenexa, a company specializing in business solutions for human resources, launched its next generation performance management suite built on Kenexa 2x Perform.

Kenexa’s report indicates that the new solution complements its other integrated talent management solutions and offers integrated, enterprise-class performance management, succession and compensation planning tools to drive organizational alignment ensuring top performers are retained and engaged. Automating and integrating goals, appraisals, compensation, competencies, development, career path and succession planning are some of the noted key highlights of the new solution.

With a strategic reward system and pay for performance, Kenexa 2x Perform is said to ensure that individuals are recognized and compensated appropriately, which promotes higher levels of engagement and retention while adhering to budget restrictions. Moreover, the solution is also said to have been designed to increase manager effectiveness by arming managers with the tools and skills needed to inspire, motivate and manage performance.

Earlier in August 2011, Kenexa announced the acquisition of the Ashbourne Group, a supplier of HR and occupational psychology services to businesses in the U.K. and Ireland.
