Realty Capital Securities, Turns to Sage Saleslogix Mobile CRM
Recently Sage North America made an announcement that Realty Capital Securities, LLC (RCS), a direct investments, wholesale broker dealer has utilized Sage SalesLogix CRM web implementation to enhance its business and support its clients made up of financial advisors. RCS has 100 employees, most of who are constantly on the move or work remotely with Sage SalesLogix. They do this through a customized web client and with Android, BlackBerry (News
- Alert), and iOS devices that are HTML5-based Sage SalesLogix Mobile. In fact RCS, not too long ago secured the Sage SalesLogix Inno Award for outstanding use and customization of a Sage SalesLogix system.
In a release, Joshua Kulick, Assistant Vice President, American Realty Capital, RCS' parent company said, "Having five corporate offices and many off-site personnel means we need information readily available so we can service clients and work sales opportunities from anywhere. We chose Sage SalesLogix because it uses modern web and mobile technologies to provide real-time data and integrate with our existing systems. This choice benefits us 24/7. Sage SalesLogix Mobile, for example, is device agnostic so we're covered no matter how many different types of devices we want to use in the future."
Besides having all information related to contact, account as well as activity management, RCS' customized Sage SalesLogix CRM system provides Real-time dashboards for key metrics such as sales by product, itinerary of meetings, sales literature orders, recently signed sales, contracts as well as new producers. WebEx webinar information can be accessed via mobile devices to view webinars that clients are attending or are planning. On similar lines, attendance and invitation statuses are managed on a Cvent (News - Alert) events system.
