Callidus Software to Help Pfizer Boost Its Sales through Cloud-based Sales Enablement Solution

In an effort to boost the effectiveness of its sales team, the world leading research-based pharmaceutical company, Pfizer Inc, has recently implemented iCentera Sales Enablement SaaS platform from Callidus Software (News - Alert) Inc.

In a press release, the renowned Sales Performance Management (SPM ) company, Callidus Software claimed that iCentera will help Pfizer to drive the effectiveness of its entire sales team in the U.S., including internal sales, contract sales, and channel partners.

iCentera Sales Enablement solution will help the pharmaceutical company, which has an impressive portfolio of products, to deliver targeted product information in real-time across its massive sales network. The iCentera Sales Enablement solution has been designed as a SaaS (News - Alert) and mobile-based platform that can be accessed by the mobile sales professionals for up-to-date, audience-relevant information. By providing a set of right contents, right tools and right resources, the solution ensures that the sales force has everything under its disposal that is needed to convey value for any product throughout the buying process. In other words, the solution will help the company build up a sales team with more knowledgeable sales people. This is expected to significantly increase the company’s sales force productivity.

In the release, Callidus explained that iCentera's patented platform incorporate automated content management, portal creation, and built-in trend and behavior analytics and thus makes an valuable alternative for the static portals.  The system can be implemented cost-effectively and available within days.

One of the most interesting aspects of the iCentera Mobile and integrated collaboration platform is it helps the sales persons to access subject matter experts and best practices at the time of selling.

iCentera Sales Enablement is delivered as part of Callidus Cloud., the company informed in the release.

Earlier this week, Callidus Software announced that Auqeo!, a leader in sales recruiting, has selected Salesforce Assessments, a Callidus Software company, to optimize its sales recruitment processes.
