Aura Portal's WIP Allows Easy Integration with Public Websites
In an effort to make its website more effective, dynamic and attractive to visitors and customers, Aura Portal has released the new Wide Interaction Platform (WIP), which it claims will allow the integration of its internal processes with a public website on the Internet.
WIP allows external users to communicate and collaborate with the company and its employees and also allows interaction with customers, suppliers, public administration, prospective employees, job applicants and more.
It thus satisfies the basic requisite of the CRM system that is built in Aura Portal through BPMS processes. As all features are available in the platform itself, no external IT programming required.
The important features that Aura Portal claims significant are visitor registration, viewing of information and the enablement of external users to start and execute processes.
Thus anonymous web visitors can register in the AuraPortal Platform simply and easily as all functions are verified and authenticated automatically ensuring that the platform is not being used by anyone else. On registration, users can enter their private WIP site and view restricted information. They can also start and execute processes and view the status of any process that they have initiated. In addition, they can receive and manage tasks, check out the e-mails that they have received and even change their registration data.
Even for external users, WIP automatically starts the process designed for each issue and optimizes resources in the process. And all this can be done through the Website, e-mail, mobile and more.In addition to WIP, AuraPortal provides various modules that enhance CRM. It has systems to launch marketing campaigns aimed at potential and existing customers and also systems that will track a potential sales opportunity to the final sale.
Further it has Call Centers that extend support and enhance customer service and is equipped with e-commerce capability complete with a secure payment gateway, shopping carts and integration with social networksIn other news, AuraPortal announced the international launch of their Online Commerce Module which allows companies to offer their products on the Internet to their customers.
