Systems America Introduces Salesforce.Com Support Model; Wins Master Service Contract from Large Hi-Tech Company

- Alert) support services model. The model is aimed at performance enhancement and problem solving for customers and includes new implementations, support, maintenance and application support.
Systems America also revealed in the press release that it has signed a Master Services Agreement for global support services of Salesforce.com applications for a new client, one of the Largest Hi-Tech global companies.
San Ramon, California, based Systems America is ranked one of the fastest growing companies with multiple locations around the world. In addition to cloud computing, the company also delivers information technology consulting services, and systems and integration services to hundreds of clients worldwide.
“We believe that our in-depth Cloud Computing and unique Salesforce.com support offering and our deep commitment and focus on our customers has added significant value to this Agreement. Supporting applications costs organizations millions of dollars in waste every year and our industry, billions. Our experience with nearly 100 enterprises across more than 300 cloud projects has shown us and our customers that providing innovative and inexpensive support models for cloud applications are keys to managing cloud applications in the most inexpensive way,” chairman and CEO for Systems America Adesh Tyagi commented in a statement.
A year ago, Systems America acquired CollectiveGain, Inc., a US based provider of end-to-end business intelligence consulting for enterprise applications. The acquisition was expected to allow Systems America to increase its stronghold as a provider of SAP (News
- Alert)-based solutions, and solidify its market position with fortune 1000 and mid-market companies.
