ISM Names CDC Software's Pivotal as One of the Industry's Top 15 CRM Software Solutions

CDC Software (News - Alert) Corporation, a global provider of hybrid enterprise software applications and services, announced that its CDC Software’s Pivotal 6.0 CRM software suite has earned prestigious industry recognition.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Customer Centric Business Strategic Advisors, ISM Inc., reportedly named Pivotal CRM as one of the "Top 15" CRM software packages in the enterprise category for 2011, CDC Software elaborated in a press release. The Top 15 selections are featured in ISM’s 18th edition of The Guide to CRM Automation and in a Top 15 CD available here.

This is the 15^th year in a row that Pivotal CRM has made it to this prestigious e list, CDC Software proudly informed.

Pivotal CRM had to undergo an intensive testing process by the ISM Software Lab at its Bethesda, Md.-based headquarters. Each package was rated according to 209 selection criteria, including 98 business functions, 48 technical features, 36 implementation capabilities, 10 real time criteria and 17 user-support features.

This strenuous and comprehensive selection process makes it extremely difficult for the companies to obtain place in the list of top 15 CRM companies. The top 15 honor for the 15^th consecutive year clearly reflects CDC Software’s leadership position in the CRM community.

Last month CDC Software announced that Hermes Fulfilment is using the cloud-based CDC eCommerce platform to help deliver eCommerce and multichannel retail services to its global customers.
