Arizona State University to Employ Campus Management's Talisma CRM Software

Campus Management Corp., a provider of enterprise software products and services for educational institutions, stated that its Talisma CRM software is going to help the Arizona State University in the undergraduate recruitment efforts across of the university campus.

According to Campus, the Talisma CRM software enables one to deliver highly personalized and timely services on their terms, through their choice of digital communications media and Web 3.0 tools, including email, text, and chat, and popular devices like RIM's Blackberry and Apple's (News - Alert) iPhone and iPad.

The Arizona State University will be employing the Talisma software to maximize effectiveness of reporting, communication and recruitment with potential students and also to attain its objective to increase the enrollment of non-resident and international students.

The University asserted that it already has growing number of students from outside the state of Arizona. With the Talisma CRM tool, it will be able to access an entirely new population of potential students from other states and countries, bringing even more diversity to its campus. Talisma CRM will enable the recruitment enterprise to increase efficiencies and the speed of communication to these potential students.

Campus claimed that with its CRM software the university can: stay competitive and achieve recruiting and retention goals; pinpoint the source of the most qualified candidates; create highly targeted campaigns and fine-tune them in real-time based on advanced analytics; retain student through proactive e-advising; deliver on-demand services, from students applications, financial aid, and degree audits, to alumni relations and advancement; and more.

Officials with Campus ascertained that incoming students demand an ever higher level of service from their future universities as technology provides richer more personalized experiences in many other aspects of their lives. Talisma CRM will allow Arizona State University's undergraduate admission office to engage with these students on multiple levels, faster than ever before. Communications that used to take days to accomplish will now be transformed into fully online, instant, and tailored work streams.
