CallCopy Named in 2011 Inc. 500 List as Leading Contact Center Solutions Provider

August 26, 2011

CallCopy (News - Alert), a provider of call recording and contact center solutions, announced that the company has been ranked number 412 on Inc. Magazine’s 30th annual Inc. 500, an exclusive ranking of the nation's fastest-growing private companies.

This is the second straight year that CallCopy received the highest ranking of any contact center software provider. CallCopy improved the ranking in 2011 as compared with 2010 when the company was ranked number 508.

The Inc. 500 represents the most comprehensive look at the most important segment of the economy. The list ranks companies according to percentage revenue growth from 2007 to 2010.

During this period, CallCopy grew revenue by over 830 percent, and was the only contact center software vendor to qualify for the list, company officials said.

The improvement in ranking reflects the company’s business strategies and growth. It also recognizes the company’s growing share in the contact center workforce optimization market, company officials said.

Companies such as Microsoft, Zappos, Intuit (News - Alert), Jamba Juice, Zipcar, Clif Bar, Vizio, Oracle, and many other well-known names gained early exposure as members of the Inc. 500.

“We're honored to be named among these great companies that have grown to become household names,” said Jonathan Dunham, vice president of sales for CallCopy, in a statement. “Improving our rank from last year validates the hard work and dedication displayed by the entire CallCopy team.”

The company is committed to deliver superior combination of product and service to its customers.

Recently, CallCopy announced the launch of the new version of its cc: Discover workforce optimization suite that delivers advanced call recording, screen capture, quality management, speech analytics, performance management, customer satisfaction survey and workforce management capabilities.
