Free CRM.com Announces Participation in CRM Idol 2011 Competition

FreeCRM.com, a cloud based customer relationship management (CRM) provider, announced that it has been selected to compete in CRM Idol 2011.

The company was selected to compete with over 40 other vendors of CRM and social CRM software for prizes and the title “CRM Idol 2011.”

FreeCRM.com has more than 225,000 customers in over 130 countries.

FreeCRM.com offers two models to customers. Through its free advertisement-supported model, it provides a broad free CRM suite for up to 50 users. Businesses who want to upgrade to the Professional version can receive an enhanced product and service.

The Professional version features unlimited storage space, unlimited e-mail campaigning, enhanced features such as Outlook sync, iPhone, Android (News - Alert) and BlackBerry sync, sales pipeline management, customer service tracking, and powerful sales lead management and pipeline forecasting, according to a press statement.

The company plans to upgrade the CRM software to include support for Chinese and Spanish. It will also include Twitter and Facebook (News - Alert) support, as well as a new streamlined interface, in the upcoming product release.

The uniqueness of FreeCRM.com is that businesses don't have to be locked into long term contracts or complex development systems that are expensive to customize or maintain. Free CRM in a cloud based system is a terrific solution for small businesses and large corporations, according to company officials.

Recently, research conducted by TechNavio revealed that the Customer Relationship Management market in China is expected to grow at a CAGR of 21.5 percent. The market is currently driven by the need for better customer service in the region. Deployment of good customer relationship management has been proven to enable better data collection.
