PoKos Introduces Its Guided Selling Mobile CRM Product

August 18, 2011

To provide users with a mobile CRM solution that overcomes the challenges of translating and capturing data, PoKos Communications Corp launched its new mobile CRM Guided Selling solution, on the last day of New York’s CRM Evolution 2011 Conference.

According to a press release, GuiSe is a PoKos Guided Selling product and it is based on its award-winning Social Messaging technology platform.

“GuiSe is now available for more than 2/3 of the smart phone market in North America, for most Apple and Android (News - Alert) mobile devices,” explained PoKos product manager Barbara Roselle. “Once consumers make connections with any brand they want to – while maintaining their privacy -- they will embrace GuiSe for all their messaging needs: it breaks down barriers, brings people together, and enriches their lives.”

According to PoKos founder and CEO Timo Platt, GuiSe enables companies to create new customers, sell at full price, reduce traffic in higher-cost channels, and regularly reach and stay in touch with customers whose identity they do not know.

PoKos is planning to develop GuiSe for Blackberry, which it plans to release to Blackberry App World later this year.GuiSe works in tandem with the PoKos consumer app, PoKos Chat, which is the backbone of the company’s Social Messaging mobile platform. It is purpose-built to drive widespread acceptance and use of mobile social media by pioneering its newest frontier: social activity messaging. It is the App that integrates seamlessly with users’ diverse and variable social activities, and increases their messaging capabilities and enjoyment of the only universal, pervasive and constant mobile activity—texting.

“Current social networking applications are distracting and riddled with unwanted communications which do not actually promote interaction,” explained Platt. “PoKos’ Social Messaging is tightly integrated within consumers’ mobile lifestyle and activities, which will bring people together and closer to their favorite brands.”

In other company news, TMCnet reported that PoKos has introduced point- and –chat for Android phones.
