Free remote setup and customized configuration support is provided by MDLsolutions for its call center solutions. 2 Windows PCs with IP PBX and Predictive Dialer is the minimum hardware requirement for the solution. Alternatively, call centers can have 1 Windows PC running VirtualBox, and one Windows PC for each agent running on a network. The switch-supported network should have internet or VoIP connectivity.
