Leading Therapeutics Medical Device Developer Picks Update CRM for Customer Relationship Management

Leading therapeutics medical device start-up in the US, has selected update CRM Inc for its update.revolution CRM platform. The new client will utilize update CRM’s revolution’s software-as-a-service delivery model, to efficiently manage all aspects of sales, marketing and service processes.

Florian Vogel, head of US operations for update CRM said that the update CRM customer is on the verge of launching a surgical platform that could revolutionize its area of expertise, and they are very excited to have them join their portfolio of innovative industry leaders.

“We believe in being a partner with our customers, rather than just a vendor, and as such will continue to work with this customer on an ongoing basis to ensure its sales organization has the greatest CRM platform optimization possible for its individual needs. That’s why our customers are more successful,” Vogel added.

The Update CRM’s new client was impressed with update CRM’s “no risk” offering, which requires no contractual obligations and is terminable at will, allowing the customer to eliminate any financial risk in the implementation of update.revolution.

The company officials said that their update.revolution is backed by the company’s expertise in CRM and life sciences. This new offering is an advanced customer relationship management and sales force automation software-as-a-service (SaaS (News - Alert)) solution, which can easily support number of mobile devices, including smartphones and tablet computers.

The new customer will also benefit from update.revolution’s unique methodology, which allows for ongoing updates, customizations and consultation from an update CRM principal at no extra cost, said the company officials.

In related news, update CRM Inc., a creator of customer relationship management or CRM solutions for life sciences, has announced the launch of COSMIC a new software module that extends the update.seven and update.revolution CRM platforms to the social Web.
