CDC Software (News - Alert) Corporation, a hybrid enterprise software provider of on-premise and cloud technologies, recently previewed a new workflow design tool that allows an organization to easily and quickly configure their workflow directly into the Pivotal CRM system. The announcement was made at the CRM Evolution 2011 Conference and Exhibition. The Pivotal Visual Workflow enables the companies to streamline system customizations. Also, by ensuring a shorter development process for complex applications, the tool helps companies to improve productivity and reduce costs.
