David Berry Joins JourneyTEAM as Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant and Developer

Located in Utah, JourneyTEAM is a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner that concentrates on offering consulting services for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Dynamics GP or ‘Great Plains’ ERP/accounting software and Microsoft SharePoint. The organization provides software demos, implementation, data conversion, customization, plus local support and training for Microsoft Dynamics and SharePoint to its customers.
Apart from helping the customers of JourneyTEAM in leveraging maximum possible benefit from their Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation, Berry will also dedicate valuable efforts in rapid and regular development of enhanced functionality on the basis of Dynamics CRM deployment.

At Microsoft’s Convergence (News - Alert) 2011, ExactTarget launched new social CRM capabilities for its CoTweet social media management application. The new features allowed enterprises to integrate conversations that originate in social media with CRM platforms, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Online.
