update CRM Introduces New Digital Community for Life Sciences CRM

update CRM has launched a new digital community to provide a meeting place for professionals associated with the use of CRM solutions in the life sciences industry.

update CRM develops customer relationship management (CRM) solutions for life sciences.

Through its new offering the company will offer its extensive experience in the development of industry-specific CRM platforms and apply it specifically to the life sciences industries.

Members of update CRM’s new digital community will be able to leverage an informational website, links to detailed corporate documentation and white papers, and connections to social media outlets such as Twitter (News - Alert).

The content will gradually grow along with the growth in the update CRM community.

Subsequently, members will get to read content about issues relevant to all users of CRM systems in the life sciences arena.

update CRM emphasizes that ultimately it will become the company’s digital interface with the industry, customers and potential clients.

In addition to offering news, opinions, special offers and promotions, the site will serve as a hub for update CRM’s social media initiatives, says the company.

“This initiative is a great way for us to interact directly with the market, and share our knowledge on key industry issues and topics. As update CRM grows, we want to continue to build strong relationships within the life sciences community – not only within our customer base, but with all CRM users in the industry,” said Florian Vogel, head of US operations for update CRM. “This initiative is a great way for us to interact directly with the market, and share our knowledge on key industry issues and topics.”

In other news, update CRM also recently announced the launch of COSMI,  a new software module that extends the update.seven and update.revolution CRM platforms to the social Web.
