Gartner Positions Attensity in 'Visionaries' Quadrant of the Magic Quadrant for Social CRM
Attensity, a provider of text analytics solutions for Customer Experience Management, announced that Gartner (News
- Alert) positioned the company in the Visionaries quadrant of the Magic Quadrant for Social CRM report.
The annual report from market intelligence firm Gartner analyzes the market dynamics and leading vendors in the Social CRM space. The evaluation was done on the basis of “ability to execute” and “completeness of vision.”
According to Gartner, companies that are placed in the Visionaries quadrant show a strong understanding of current and future market trends and directions.
These companies’ products and product road maps exhibit innovation, especially in architecture and integration. These companies have demonstrated vision across a range of capabilities.

Attensity has recently launched VoC Command Center. With this new product, the company is trying to set a new benchmark for enterprises seeking to integrate the real-time voice of the customer into their customer interaction business processes, no matter the channel in which the conversations occur, company officials said.
Recently, Attensity announced a new Telecom Industry Solution that offers carriers and mobile device manufacturers the ability to analyze and act on customer conversations. The new offering is designed to make it easy for Attensity customers to implement and get fast ROI from the company's customer analytics and engagement applications.
