Sitecore Enables Marketers to Develop Digital Marketing Campaigns Across All Channels

August 02, 2011

Sitecore, a provider of Web content management solutions, announced that its Customer Engagement Platform enables organizations to manage the full customer experience.

The platform enables organizations to create valuable customer conversations. Several marketers are looking forward to Sitecore to develop digital marketing campaigns across all channels.

The Sitecore platform assists organizations to move to an entirely new level by adding and integrating key ingredients to improve conversion rates and generate more qualified leads through Web, e-mail, mobile and social channels.

Recently, Colliers International, a provider of integrated real estate services representing property investors, developers and occupiers, implemented Sitecore's online marketing solutions to bring brand awareness and a better online customer experience.

Following the utilization of Sitecore platform, the integrated real estate company achieved a 30 percent increase in online inquiries. In addition, integration with Colliers International's CRM software has accelerated marketing goals and produced qualified leads.

“Understanding the customer journey across online, offline and mobile communications is essential to the success of any marketing program,” said Paul Markun, chief marketing officer, Sitecore, in a statement. “In fact, the better you understand this journey, and why customers have chosen specific channels, the better you can provide targeted content to improve their experience and increase your conversion rates.”

The Web content management market is experiencing a significant evolution as requirements for those platforms have grown beyond just managing Web content. The growth of new content types, the emergence of new channels, and the increased expectations of customers all drive this significant change in WCM, according to Forrester Research (News - Alert).

Recently, Qurius, IT solutions providers, and Sitecore joined hands to provide Web and online marketing solutions to the European market. Both companies see opportunities to integrate front end and back end technology to support successful online customer relations.
