BrightDoor Systems Announces BrightBase Explorer for iPad

July 28, 2011

BrightDoor Systems, a provider of BrightBase CRM, a customer relationship management platform designed for the real estate industry, announced that its first Apple (News - Alert) iPad app, BrightBase Explorer, is now available on the App Store.

An interactive software app, BrightBase Explorer offers BrightBase CRM subscribers on-demand access to real estate inventory data directly from an iPad.

The main objective behind BrightBase Explorer is to give users an interactive way to access and present products to prospective real estate buyers. With this, sales professionals can grab an iPad with BrightBase Explorer app and engage in a sales conversation.

“Using a common reference point for starters, consider a conventional MLS listing for a moment,” said Deven Spear, founder and CEO, BrightDoor, in a statement. “Then think of it 'jacked up' about 10 notches, with real-time property information, interactive site and floor plans, full-screen videos, photo libraries, the works -that's exactly what BrightBase Explorer gives our users.”

BrightBase Explorer from BrightDoor is the latest addition to a suite tools on the BrightDoor cloud platform created for real estate and in use by leading development companies in North America and Europe.

The platform has two key components: BrightBase, a CRM system built to address the needs of real estate professionals; and BrightApps, a series of complementary tools that help those professionals connect with their buyers.

Recently, Lennar announced the rollout of new BrightDoor installations at three new communities: Ellington Place (in Apex (News - Alert)), Heritage View (in Wake Forest) and Twelve Oaks (in Holly Springs). Sales centers at all three communities will feature multiple BrightShow interactive touchpoints, increasing the number of local Lennar-BrightDoor collaborations to five.
