Inova Solutions Announces New Reseller Partnership with Nexus IS
Inova Solutions has announced a new reseller partnership with Valencia, CA (News - Alert)-based Nexus IS, a company that enables organizations to connect to their customers, collaborate to achieve their vision, and create innovative ways to solve business problems.
As a certified Inova (News - Alert) Solutions reseller, Nexus is expected to increase the Inova Solutions footprint and bring Inova’s call center solutions to a wider array of customers.
“The expertise Nexus has with end-to-end solutions in the call center industry combined with our shared approaches to working collaboratively with customers makes for a perfectly aligned partnership,” said Pete Sisti, CEO at Inova Solutions.
Nexus is reselling Inova Solutions’ full call center reporting product suite. Company officials said that the suite starts with Inova LightLink middleware, and to extract data and prepare it for display, LightLink hooks into the center’s automatic call distributor and other internal databases.
Company officials said that the data is then displayed on Inova Solutions’ product suite that have call center digital signage, LED wallboards, agent desktop applications, and custom web dashboards.
The company is always looking for strong technology manufacturers to partner with to creative innovative solutions for customers, said Steven Reese, senior director of solutions management at Nexus.
“Adding Inova Solutions to our already robust UC and Collaboration partner ecosystem gives our customers even more flexibility,” Reese said.
Sisti said that the company sees this partnership as a strategic advantage for both organizations to bring UC and Collaboration products and services to a broader mix of inbound, outbound, and blended contact centers.
Inova Solutions is a provider of communication solutions that help schools and universities, transit facilities, hospitals, call centers and others communicate vital, real-time information.
Earlier this year in May, Inova Solutions and Four Winds Interactive (FWi), a digital signage software company, partnered to bring to market a superior digital signage solution designed specifically for contact centers.
