Whaleback Cloud-Based Managed Business Communication Services Gains Popularity
Whaleback Systems (News - Alert), Inc., specializing in managed business communications, announced that the company has witnessed remarkable growth with greater market expansion for its cloud-based managed services.

According to company sources, in the first half of 2011 Whaleback added over 90 customers and improved margins by 110 percent considering the same period in 2010.
It added several new customers including Dali Museum and Big Brothers Big Sisters Foundation, besides adding new member offices for Mortgage Services III, LLC. All these customers employ Whaleback’s CrystalBlue Managed Business Communications.
The company also announced that it has expanded its successful CrystalBlue Partner Program by 25 percent year-to-date.
“There is a great market need for fully-managed, end-to-end, optimized cloud-based managed services. Companies want to focus on running their business, not managing their communications. They want reliability, flexibility, and features like mobility, advanced messaging and collaboration. Our goal is to exceed our customers’ expectations and based on our 98 percent contract renewal rate and less than ½ percent churn rate, I’d say we’re doing an excellent job,” Reibold added.
The benefits listed for Whaleback’s Optimized Cloud-Based Managed Business Communication Services include streamlined communication services that are affordable and easy to manage. Users can add offices and employees easily without any limitations of location or scale besides allowing users to work from anywhere by leveraging the mobility solutions.
Company officials at Whaleback Systems added that more enhancements have been made to the CrystalBlue Partner Program, including an extra-robust feature set, new flexible quote tools and new marketing programs.
Whaleback’s Optimized Cloud-Based Managed Business Communication Services also provides access to highly trained support professionals and guaranteed end-to-end support with centralized proactive monitoring and management besides assisting in business continuity planning, coordination, and management.
The company also announced that it has appointed company Founder Wray West as Chief Technology Officer besides appointing Bob Fernald as Vice President of Customer Experience. It was also named one of seven Channel-Friendly Cloud VoIP Providers within Ziff Davis’s Channel Insider, added officials.
Recently Whaleback Systems announced a partnership with Info Advantage, an I.T. Solutions Provider, in order to make Info Advantage a part of the CrystalBlue Partner Program as an authorized reseller.
