Pacific Lutheran University Employs Campus Management's Talisma CRM Solution
Pacific Lutheran University has selected Campus Management's Talisma CRM solution to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of its recruitment and enrollment processes and to support stronger student communications.
Prior to employing Campus Management's Talisma CRM Solution, Pacific Lutheran utilized a student information system, which failed to effectively handle the shifting demographics of the school's student population and the increase in student applications.
Now, with the implementation of Talisma CRM, the University will be able to more effectively communicate with prospective students by reaching out to them through their preferred channels.
“Pacific Lutheran University has consistently made an effort to personalize its communications with each of its prospective students, but over the past few years, it has become increasingly difficult for our staff to manage the inflow of student applications,” said Greg Brewis, executive director of University Communications for Pacific Lutheran University, in a press release. “With the implementation of Talisma CRM, we will be able to maintain our commitment to personalization and better utilize existing staff by eliminating much of the manual processing.”
During the first year of implementation, Pacific Lutheran will only employ Talisma CRM to its admissions department. After the first year, the University hopes to expand the solution to other departments across the campus.
Pacific Lutheran, with the help of the Talisma CRM solution will be allowed to address each prospective student individually through multiple channels and track those communications, reducing any redundancies or inaccuracies.
Sean P. Ryan, senior vice president for Campus Management Corp, said, “The Talisma platform is flexible enough to allow the university to deploy it to other divisions in the future to aid in customized communication to students.”
In related news, Campus Management Corp., has entered into a strategic partnership with eBureau, to help colleges and universities improve student recruitment and admissions strategies.
