Real Estate Database Leader ProspectNow Forges Strategic Alliance with CRM Provider REA
ProspectNow, the provider of one of the industry’s largest real estate databases, recently forged a strategic alliance with Real Estate Assistant (REA), the top commercial real estate CRM system. The alliance is intended to automate the ProspectNow data import into REA.
The partnership between ProspectNow and REA will enable subscribers to seamlessly integrate ProspectNow's property data, including building stats, owner information, phone numbers and tenant rosters, into REA's platform, company officials explained in a press release.
The partnering companies revealed that the alliance is a result of persistent demands from the subscribers of both companies who expressed an interest in importing their ProspectNow data to REA.
REA is a CRM program, created by commercial real estate professionals for commercial real estate professionals. In addition to standard CRM tools, REA claims to integrate other convenient functions that are unique to the real estate community.
As the provider of the nation's largest online commercial real estate databases, ProspectNow offers information on more than eight million buildings, six million building owners, and 30 million commercial tenants nationwide. The ProspectNow website includes Properties, Companies and Foreclosure search engines to enable subscribers to easily locate the phone numbers and mailing addresses of building owners or LLC contacts. With its newly formed partnership, ProspectNow expects to take its platform to the next level.
“With more than six million building owners and 30 million tenants listed nationwide, we know REA customers can benefit exponentially by using ProspectNow to obtain critical data like phone numbers and LLC contact names. By partnering with REA, ProspectNow can take its platform to the next level, while making the REA application that much more useful,” said CEO and founder of ProspectNow, Steve Wayne, in a statement.
“ProspectNow will give our users access to the best-available property owner data with all of the power and utility of REA. There is a lot of excitement out there about this alliance, and we think it's a great opportunity for our customers as well,” CEO and founder of REA Tim Creagh, noted in a statement.
