Matrix Solutions Deploys Web-Based Media CRM and Sales Analytics at Griffin Communications
Matrix Solutions, a provider of media sales management software, announced the launch of their Web-based customer relationship management (CRM) and sales analytics solution.
The company also announced Griffin Communications, an Oklahoma owned and operated multi-media company, as the first client to deploy this solution.
Matrix Solutions has been helping media companies improve the effectiveness of their sales organizations. Griffin Communications has been a matrix client since 1999, company officials said.
Griffin Communications reaches over 90 percent of Oklahoma households with television stations, statewide radio network, Internet sites and mobile information distribution.
“We make software for media sales. It isn't one of our markets, it's our only market,” said DJ Cavanaugh, CEO and partner of Matrix Solutions, in a statement. “Over the past year, we have made significant product investments and are excited to deliver the first CRM and sales analytics solution, specifically for media sales.”
Matrix's CRM and sales analytics solution instantly integrates and normalizes data across traffic and billing systems. It provides analytics tailored to the needs of the company. The analytics tool also gives accurate forecasts, helps in closing more deals and improving the entire sales functions of a business.
“We have a long history with Matrix; their solutions have been providing accurate and reliable insight into our advertising sales across our diverse organization for many years,” said Wade Deaver, vice president of Sales at Griffin Communications, in a statement.
“Griffin evaluated additional CRM solutions, but decided that along with Matrix's expertise in the media industry, their proven reporting analytics, together with the new, hosted CRM solution, it just made sense to continue the proven relationship,” Deaver added.
With media CRM now easily accessible through the hosted solution, the company is offering cost-effective CRM deployment opportunities for its customers.
Matrix Solutions’ products like Matrix, Matrix SalesCenter and MatrixPlus help sales professionals develop and implement strategies to grow advertising revenue. In November last year, the company announced Release 2.0 of SalesCenter, offering a significant enhancement called Corporate View.
