TCN Partners with Ontario Systems

July 20, 2011

TCN Inc., a major player in the voice broadcasting industry since 1999, has entered into a partnership relation with Ontario Systems (News - Alert), a premier Indiana-based accounts-receivable software firm.

Ontario Systems clients, with the help of this partnership, will be able to utilize TCN web-based telephony services that are highly-integrated with Ontario Systems accounts receivable software.

Company officials said that the new service will be marketed to Ontario Systems clients as GCFlex, as the telephony services are on-demand and can be customized for each client.

The partnership with TCN represents a blend of complementary skills and capabilities, said Terrel Bird, President and CEO of TCN Broadcasting, in a press release.

"At TCN, we've long focused on cutting-edge communication technology and have become widely recognized as leaders in the field, while Ontario Systems is unquestionably the market leader in accounts receivable software solutions. Together, we can offer Ontario Systems clients powerful solutions for boosting their profitability and building their business."

The new service, GCFlex, includes outbound predictive dialing that allows agents to speak with more consumers in less time. Its Inbound IVR feature enables consumers to make agentless payments.

Additionally, GCFlex also comprises high-volume automated messaging, delivering "Foti-compliant" messages, easily scaling up or down to drive inbound volume to agents and skills-Based Routing, ensuring the right customer gets to the right agent.

"The beauty of GCFlex for Ontario Systems clients will be that it's more tightly integrated to our FACS, Artiva and Collect SAVVY products than third-party dialers," said Rip Harris, Director, Product Management, for Ontario Systems. "Agents will be able to easily import and export call results, giving them more up-to-date information at their desktops."

In related news, TCN has unveiled its intelligent skills-based routing that aims to match the appropriate agent to the right customer.
