BDO Selects Templeton for Implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM

BDO, one of the largest accounting and consulting networks in the country, asserted that it has sought the services of Templeton Solutions to configure and implement Microsoft (News - Alert) Dynamics CRM for roll-out across the United States.

Templeton Solutions claims that its services are designed to help one find insightful answers and design progressive solutions in key performance areas such as marketing, sales, customer service and financial operations. With Templeton, clients get to increase profits, receive instant answers to performance questions, become more efficient, and receive better reporting.

BDO selected Templeton for its experience and ability to enable “on-the-go” access to CRM and integrate it with back-office programs. Templeton did configure CRM to enhance the firm's nationwide marketing and business development activities.

Templeton asserted that it worked closely with BDO to configure and implement CRM to meet BDO's objectives. Templeton also claimed that it has taken CRM to the next level: from just sales and marketing functionality to a full practice management solution built exclusively on the Microsoft CRM platform.

Officials with Templeton believe that Microsoft CRM's ‘digital nervous system’ provides the right platform for professional services firms to collect, report, and present critical firm and client information, in a single log-in and familiar user interface – Outlook. Templeton’s CRM solution, using the Microsoft Dynamics platform, allows organizations to track and leverage every customer interaction to maximize revenue opportunities and improve customer loyalty. It helps organizations optimize their operations by automating routine tasks and standardizing best practices.  

BDO explained that clients can infuse their organizations with new levels of customer intelligence using the newest version of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM, an all-new customer relationship management (CRM) system that gives every customer-facing employee the information they need to impress customers.
