ZSL Launches SmartPrise Migrator & Social CRM

SmartPrise Migrator is ZSL’s automated enterprise modernization platform. It provides absolute capabilities to convert legacy applications written in PowerBuilder, Visual FoxPro, Visual Basic and ASP. This is done through automated schedule facilitating efficient migration to .NET (News - Alert), SQL & Azure technologies. This platform allows for conversion of applications through migration, customization and enhancement of the architecture and also providing options to maintain the original naming or coding standard.

A free “Code Analyzer” is included in the SmartPrise Migrator. It runs against the legacy applications being considered for migration and generates reports that provide relevant information needed for determining the endeavor required to migrate to the new platform. Automatic conversion of 50-60% of the existing source code can be expected by companies. This would translate into approximate savings of around 65% of the cost that would be otherwise associated a migration.

The Social CRM add-on for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 which has a host of rich features brings about social media empowerment to the sales, marketing, customer support and management teams. This is made possible by bringing in the business social information of a contact or prospect from the different professional and social media platforms like LinkedIn (News - Alert), Twitter, Facebook or YouTube. This helps Microsoft Dynamics CRM users to get the right information when they need it and attributes a better assurance in customer relations.

Additional features are included in the improved version of SmartPrise Social CRM. These are social search, recommendations and referrals built on social rule engines that matches, searches and identifies similarities based on different criteria such as revenue, industry type, affiliations, associations, location, title and social interests.

ZSL has facilitated SmartPrise Migrator & SmartPrise Social CRM comprehensively for various platforms like Windows Azure, SaaS (News - Alert) enablement and on-premise deployments. The solutions are available on multiple devices inclusive of tablets, notebooks, and smart phones such as Windows Mobile, iPhone, Blackberry and Android (News - Alert) Phones.
