PAID Upgrades Integrated Customer Relationship Management System
PAID Inc. has announced that it upgraded its integrated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technology and analytics tools.
“PAID Inc. provides direct-to-customer services for our clients. Each of our services sees a number of customer touch-points and each is an opportunity to capture customer data which we funnel into a single, central database -- our CRM system,” said Keith Garde, president of PAID celebrity services, in a release.
“By analyzing the customer data and qualifying the consumer and their behavior, we can target each customer much more efficiently, reducing the time and cost of sale, while increasing margins,” Garde added.
This initiative taken by the company is to cater to the needs of celebrities and businesses that have to connect with their fans/customers online. PAID’s enhanced business intelligence suite throws light on who the customer is and how to reach them. It also helps find out the requirements of prospective customers and where, when and how they want to buy a product or service.
This is made possible by the smarter analytics capabilities of the CRM tools which helps build a closer relationship with customers, therefore leading to more sales and revenues.
PAID enhances direct-to-consumer marketing campaigns that are able to increase sales online and offline. It offers clients data which it captures from customer-facing services. PAID provides customer data which can be used to build client-customer loyalty and sales. The CRM and analytics abilities featured by PAID enables its clients to own and control their list of customers, said officials.
Alison Connell, PAID’s new VP of Marketing stated, “The new integrated CRM system is already driving increased sales and improving reporting.
